Anders Hansen

CEO, Football agent licensed by FIFA

Anders has been navigating the world of football since he was a young boy. He played football at an elite level himself before being forced to hang up his boots due to two ACL injuries. In 2010, Anders obtained his UEFA A-License as a coach, after which he worked as an elite football coach at the highest levels of Danish youth and senior football, serving as a head coach, assistant coach, and specialist coach.

Outside of football, Anders is a qualified insurance advisor, having completed his education at the Insurance Academy in Rungsted.

Since 2017, Anders has worked as a consultant, advisor, and scout. In 2020, he founded his own company, NextStep Sports Management ApS. Since then, he has worked as a FIFA-licensed football agent.

In his role as an agent, Anders sees great advantages in having firsthand experience in the game—first as a player, then as a coach, and now in a consulting role.

Anders is a trustworthy, present, empathetic, and dedicated agent who prioritizes communication and quality time with his players. He often draws on his own experiences to guide and support players and their families in what can sometimes be an overwhelming and ruthless industry.

kristian rasmussen

Player Consultant

With 8 years of experience in top elite environments in Scandinavia, Kristian has worked as a scout for FC Midtjylland, and as Head of Scouting for FC Nordsjælland, and held responsibilities for the global organization Right To Dream.

Kristian has sat on the other side of the table in the scouting & recruitment departments in some of Denmark’s biggest clubs and has held negotiation situations and involved in extensive recruitment, giving him a know-how of what clubs are thinking and what they want.

Therefore, Kristian is well-liked in many clubs and is a recognized scout, including by many former colleagues.

Kristian is educated as a schoolteacher and has a broad and holistic view and understanding of what development is and what needs may arise for the individuals as players.

Kristian has been with NextStep Sports Management since January 2024, joining from FC Nordsjælland after a short break from football.

Thomas Juul Thomsen

Player Consultant

Thomas is a former national youth goalkeeper in Faroe Islands.

After finishing his own career, he has been an active board member in Faroese football for more than 10 years.

He began his career as Sporting Director for the club AB Argir, where he played a key role in developing the club into a top division team. After five years, he moved to HB Tórshavn, the most successful football club in the Faroe Islands. At HB Tórshavn, Thomas held various roles, including Sporting Director and Vice President.

Thomas Juul Thomsen is known for his strong personal qualities and hands-on management style. He has also been involved in numerous contract negotiations on both sides of the table, gaining valuable experience in this area.

In his professional career, he has worked as a salesman for over ten years.

Additionally, he is a highly respected handball referee and has officiated some of the biggest games in the Faroe Islands over the past 15 years.

MORTEN STOLSHØJ

Player Consultant

Morten has played on the highest level in Denmark, both as youth player and senior player.

When he finished his career, he took a scout trainee in FC Copenhagen for one year and worked as scout and recruiter in FC Copenhagen for 6 years with the group of ages U12 – U19.
